A: Must be 18 years of age, a resident of the county (or within a mileage radius), meet income qualifications, and have a substance abuse challenge you are ready to work to achieve sobriety from - if you have already achieved sobriety, but are in fear of relapse, you also qualify.

A:  It means that YOU, the client, work with the Junctions staff to develop a Treatment and Recovery plan that will work for YOU.  YOU chose what providers you want to work with within the Provider Network, your appointments are at YOUR convenience, YOU get to chose the paticular 'mix' that works for you - and YOU have the control to change the service mix of an active voucher.

A: You need to complete a brief intake/qualification screening.  You can either call the Junctions corporate office at 575-935-8522 or come by and visit us at 1614 1/2 N. Main, Clovis.
