 CONFLICT RESOLUTION CLASSES FOR TEENS!

Anger is a feeling and aggression is a behavior.  They are NOT the same, and feeling angry does not have to translate into agression.

In a recent survey of Junior and Senior High Students:

33% said that when they were really angry there was no way they could control themselves

41% said that if they were challenged, they would fight

21% said that avoiding fights was a sign of weakness
